I live in a paradise where the mountains soar high into the sky and all four seasons change with seamless beauty that a thousand pictures can try in vain to capture but can only be appreciated in person. A place where winter truly is a wonderland and spring rings in with the splendor of rebirth and new life. I can go from a sprawling metropolis to a stunning canyon surrounded by pine trees and streams in less then 20 minutes.
I live in the United States and despite its ethereal beauty it simply isn’t enough for me. The world is my oyster and I plan to spend my life looking for every pearl I can. Traveling the world is my passport to paradise, Salt Lake City is merely the gateway and despite the picturesque views of the mountains from my balcony my mind is always miles away wandering among the ancient Mayan ruins of the Yucatan or admiring the awe inspiring ruins of the Roman Forum.
While my heart will always belong in the United States my soul will never be at rest until I have seen all the wonders of the world and everything in between. When we die we leave all our worldly possessions behind but our memories we take with us. Being a crabby malcontent is in my DNA and while I may walk the streets with a scowl on my face in my mind I’m planning my next adventure which is the only thing that can bring a smile to my face.
